"I can only give 5 stars to this Vet Studio, both father and son are always so nice and caring with my two dogs. Emmy and Snoopy are old and with multiple health issues so I am often at the vet studio and both doctors are always really kind. I never had the feeling of being in a place where they charge me for no reason, prices are reasonable. I am really grateful for their support, I had chance also to update them by phone some days after treatments and I always find them caring and never pushing me to go back for no reason (it happened to me in another vet studio where they ask me to take the dog after a positive treatment "only to check" with the main purpose to charge me again. But not at Lombardi's, they really care of the pets here). 🔴 PAYMENTS: Cash only, no cards, keep in mind before coming here otherwise there are 2 ATMs outside where it's possible to pick up money. 🔴 No appointment is necessary, you just can come and wait your turn, which is amazing from my point of view. Studio is open morning and afternoon (except Wednesday and Saturday only from 10-12). Both vets are Italian speakers too. Last but not least, vet assistants are great. Thank you all for the amazing work you do 🙏"

"I wish I could give more, but my story with this clinic is a 4years disaster! I’ll start from the end, I’m in another country now being treated for a Tumor that was most likely caused by this clinic. (So says the Biopsy made in one of Europe best labs) They gave a shot in a bad place that’s known for this kind of reaction. This had a 26+ Stiches for a 3*3cm Tumor, but even after 2 attempts he still left some parts very close to the origin of Tumor. He never bother of giving her some pain reducing pills after his unsuccessful surgeries. When taking out the stitches, I met his wife, she was shocked to see his butcher show and called him right away. The doctor decided to take out her chip. I haven’t heard one vet that understood this or any of the actions taken by this clinic. When confronted them they just stopped answering me. That’s your doc! Be aware, If you care for your pet, pls find someone else! Cold ppl, in professional and irresponsible."

"Ein sehr tolles und Einfühlsames Team, die OP von meinem Kater verlief gut und schnell. Der preis ist auch unschlagbar/Bezahlbar ich hab persönlich mit dem doppelten gerechnet. Ich hab endlich ein Tierarzt gefunden wo ich und meine Katzen zufrieden sind. Kann ich nur empfehlen!"

"In dieser Tierklinik zeigt das gesamte Team – vom Personal bis zu den Ärzten – eine herzerwärmende Fürsorge. Mit unendlicher Geduld und fundiertem Fachwissen haben sie sich liebevoll um meine Katze gekümmert. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie aufmerksam die Tierärztin meine Beobachtungen angehört und dabei stets sachkundige Ratschläge gegeben hat. "Wir sind wirklich rundum zufrieden mit der Praxis! Das ganze Team ist unglaublich liebevoll, einfühlsam und geht total auf unser Tier ein. Man merkt sofort, dass hier das Wohl des Tieres an erster Stelle steht – es wird gekuschelt, beruhigt, erklärt, beraten… einfach alles, was man sich als Tierhalter*in wünscht. Gerade bei unserem bevorstehenden Auslandsaufenthalt wurden wir super kompetent beraten. Es wird sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, alle Fragen werden geduldig beantwortet, auch wenn man mal vielleicht etwas übervorsichtig ist (unsere seits) – man fühlt sich nie belächelt, sondern ernst genommen. Wir sind über unsere Hundeschule „Profiler“ (Danke an Biggie!) auf die Praxis aufmerksam geworden und sind sehr dankbar für diese Empfehlung. Preislich ist es sicher etwas "teurer" als manch andere Praxis – aber dafür bekommt man hier wirklich Qualität, Einfühlungsvermögen und richtig gute Betreuung. Für uns ist das jeden Cent wert. Wir fühlen uns sehr, sehr wohl und bestens aufgehoben. Absolute Empfehlung!"

"Wir sind seit Jahren mit unserem Hund hier in der medizinischen Versorgung. Felix (unser Hund) geht ohne Angst in die Räume der Praxis, lässt sich klaglos verarzten. Aufkommende Frage werden von Herrn Bolz freundlich, umfänglich und erschöpfend beantwortet. Der Kontakt mit Tier und Mensch ist immer respektvoll, offen und freundlich. In seiner Ausbildung hat sich Hr. Bolz auch über Vögel geschult und kennt sich mit (Stadt)-Tauben aus. Für uns im Süden Berlins ist das sicherlich gut zu wissen, denn nicht jeder Tierarzt/jede Tierärztin ist in der Behandlung von Vögeln ausgebildet. Es ist sinnvoll telefonisch eine Terminvereinbarung zu treffen. Die Preise für Behandlungen und Medikamente sind moderat - Bargeld ist erforderlich."
