"You have to wait a long time even if you have an appointment. Anything from 25-65 minutes which is hard if you have to return to work. Price is not really standardized and so far we have seen 3 different doctors - each one with a different approach to our puppy."

"Do not reccomand! They do not care about the animal, it more about the money. I was calling to set an appointment, I was told they have no appointments so I should arrive from around 10:00 the next day. When I arrived I waited almost 1 hour to talk to the receptionist, gave her all the info but when she realized Im a new client she told me they do not expect new patients. The receptionist was also rude! and did not care we came especially (30 min ride) and waited another hour."

"I am extremely disappointed by one assistant, unfriendly, judgmental and pushy. I have been here a couple of times because they open on the weekends. However the first two times were good (credits to one vet) yet the last two times were just bad. I came at 11.40 on Sunday. First thing the assistant said to me was please do not ring the bell twice because she’s at work and couldn’t be so fast. Second thing was judging that i left my dog untreated for too long without even knowing any information. Blamed me again even if i explained we went to vets already but he didn’t get better that’s why we’re here. Then after seemingly showing care about my dog (actually judging), she just threw us out claiming they don’t have a slot anyway, in a very pushy way. Please reevaluate this staff whether she is doing any good or just being emotional and unprofessional at work. Meanwhile last time the other vet suggested to castrate my young (9 months) male dog just because he humped on his toy, and charged over 20 euros for showing me (without asking first) how to apply a drop. I feel sorry for the other nice assistant and vet for this rating but the above mentioned experiences outweigh all."

"We love this clinic, they have warm and wonderful staff. It is always easy to book appointments via phone/email or just walk in. My dog is a regular, who also received his castration here, where they finally managed to turn him from a beast to a tamed dog. 😅 The nurses are sweet and loving and the doctors are super helpful, beyond kind. Thank you for all the hard work you do, and the love for the animals!"

"I only take my dog to Dra. Laskawy. She’s always super helpful, easy going and very on point on her treatments. I really recommend her! Also, if your German is as bad as mine, you can talk in English with her and staff - Super nice!"
