"Do not reccomand! They do not care about the animal, it more about the money. I was calling to set an appointment, I was told they have no appointments so I should arrive from around 10:00 the next day. When I arrived I waited almost 1 hour to talk to the receptionist, gave her all the info but when she realized Im a new client she told me they do not expect new patients. The receptionist was also rude! and did not care we came especially (30 min ride) and waited another hour."

"After trying out a few different vets when we moved to Berlin, I am so happy I found this Praxis. Everyone in this praxis from the vets to the front desk staff are kind, compassionate, professional and organized. I have entrusted Dr. Maier, who is the dental specialist, with extractions for all five of my exotic shorthair cats and she has been very mindful of the special needs and concerns of the breed. The staff have also gone above and beyond to help me deal with issues with my pet health insurance. One of my cats recently had a seizure on a Sunday and I had to go to an emergency vet nearby but unfortunately was given fear-mongering and inaccurate information. I am so grateful to the brilliant Dr. Stolle-Malorny who is the neurologist at this Praxis for the thorough examination and taking the time to explain the situation and our next steps. It's clear she and all the vets at this Praxis have the well being of the animals as the first priority and are never recommending unnecessarily stressful or invasive procedures. I have peace of mind that my cats are receiving the best care possible."

"I wish I could give more, but my story with this clinic is a 4years disaster! I’ll start from the end, I’m in another country now being treated for a Tumor that was most likely caused by this clinic. (So says the Biopsy made in one of Europe best labs) They gave a shot in a bad place that’s known for this kind of reaction. This had a 26+ Stiches for a 3*3cm Tumor, but even after 2 attempts he still left some parts very close to the origin of Tumor. He never bother of giving her some pain reducing pills after his unsuccessful surgeries. When taking out the stitches, I met his wife, she was shocked to see his butcher show and called him right away. The doctor decided to take out her chip. I haven’t heard one vet that understood this or any of the actions taken by this clinic. When confronted them they just stopped answering me. That’s your doc! Be aware, If you care for your pet, pls find someone else! Cold ppl, in professional and irresponsible."

"Not a good vet for rabbit care. Vet is also extreamly rude. Response Edit: I've kept rabbits for over 20 years, I'm well aware of what's involved thanks. We have been to all rabbit specialists in Berlin and found Dr. Anja Ewringmanns practice to be the best. We went there for a required surgery and came to you to continue the post surgery care set out by Dr. Anjas team. We came here as Anjas practice is over a 1h drive, very stressful for the rabbits. Your vet refused to follow the after surgery treatment with disastrous results for my rabbits. She was also very rough with the rabbits and incredibly rude to me and my wife. We will never go here again, even if other practices are much harder to get to. Even for routine care."

"I have very mixed feelings about this place. The man who was helping the doctor approached the cat, not delicate at all, claiming that the cat was aggressive, what shocked me and my partner. After RTG cat was very scared. They claimed it is gas and the cat is fine. The next day, we had to return, and the state of my cat was worse. We got another RTG (USG person is only on Fridays) and finally correct diagnosis. I have very mixed feelings about this place. Anyways we never returned. Currently we switched to a different clinic (at Polish border), where I have a better trust."

"These people are professionals. My cat has a kidney problem, I wasn't sure if she could live. The doctor let me know that the situation was bad but we would try things. During a year we were doing regular checkups and regulating the dosage of medications. She felt much better, and gained some healthy weight. We are still on medications right now and on a special diet, but it's already 3 years since then and we are stable and enjoying life. Thank you doctors!"

"This was perhaps the most disorganized and messy veterinary clinic I've seen in Berlin. Jörg charges the “same fees” as other modern clinics, but he doesn't hire an assistant or any other professional, so the waiting queue moves very slowly. I suspect he's not focused on his veterinary services due to his other jobs over there. He misdiagnosed an infection on my dog's paw, which didn't heal for a week, and when I took her to another vet, they immediately resolved the issue. !Not only did I overpay, but I also encountered an aggressive attitude at the clinic, and he couldn't correctly diagnose my dog, and he continues to care for animal health in a messed up clinic. I even doubt the validity of the positive reviews here on reviews…"

"Absolutely loved Rex! We brought our cat Mia in for her check-up and vaccinations, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The team at Rex was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making Mia feel safe and comfortable. They answered all our questions with a smile and took their time with everything. We’re truly thankful for their gentle approach and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and caring veterinary clinic. We’ll definitely be coming back!"
