"You have to wait a long time even if you have an appointment. Anything from 25-65 minutes which is hard if you have to return to work. Price is not really standardized and so far we have seen 3 different doctors - each one with a different approach to our puppy."

"Everything is just perfect! We had help from the customer service to book an appointment for vaccination and annual check up. They are very helpful, the process was quick and smooth. The vet arrived on time, was very gentle, and took her time checking the cats. She handled our cats with care and love. One of our cats was very scared, but she was very patient with him. She provided helpful suggestions and was very considerate. The whole experience was so satisfying. I highly recommend it!"

"we went to this vet for many years until our dog passed away two years ago. they generally did a good service. my partner now has two dogs. he took them to this vet and as the main vet and him were speaking, the vet told him “you’ve been coming to me for many years. i find it really disrespectful that you don’t speak in german to me” my partner understands german but to fully understand his dog’s well being, he wanted to operate in his foreign language which is english. we found this behaviour really strange and since then, we don’t come here anymore. so beware, non-german speakers."

"Eine Praxis bei der auch die kleinsten Fellnasen ernst genommen und super behandelt werden. Ich war mit meinen beiden Kaninchen da und war total begeistert. Es wurde sich wirklich Zeit genommen, ich wurde super gut beraten und auch die Kaninchen haben sich deutlich weniger aufgeregt als ich es kannte, wenn ich mit ihnen beim Tierarzt war. "First I booked the appointment in July and they gave me an opening next week. 1 day before it they called and moved it to the end of September. 2 days before the new appointment they sent me a message that appointment is moved from 24.09 to 26.09. But when we came on 26.09 they told that we had to come 2 days ago! And the next possible appointment is in 1,5 month! Please, learn how to use a calnder"
