"Super nice and fun doctors and nurses, they made a lot of jokes and kept our spirit high. Our dog ate chocolate and when they heard how much he ate they rushed and did all the procedures super fast, he got throw up injections and absorbents and we paid just 180€, it’s such a reasonable price for such a high quality service! Everyone was very polite and smiling, I hope the business takes good care of personnel, they are exceptional!"

"Unsere Haus- und Hof-Tierarztpraxis. Wir sind absolut froh, sie gefunden zu haben. Sowohl Frau Dr. Hallmann, als auch ihr Team sind zweifelsohne sehr kompetent, freundlich, zugewandt und top organisiert. Wenn einmal etwas unklar ist oder vor Ort nicht geklärt / behandelt werden kann, werden Kollegen empfohlen. Auch hatten wir bei allen Operationen unseres Hundes die Möglichkeit, beim Ein- und Ausleiten der Narkose dabei zu sein. Nichts davon erachte ich als selbstverständlich. Einfach mal ein kleines Danke. Weiter so. ;)"

"Leider kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben. Wir waren dreimal wegen eines Abszesses der Anal Drüse beim Svetlana Hempel. Nach eine visuellen Untersuchung wurde eine Behandlung mit Antibiotika, äußerlicher Spülung und Salbe verschrieben. Nach 7 Tagen hatte sich der Gesundheitszustand des Hundes nicht verbessert und Swetlana hatte keine Ahnung, warum. Wir mussten jedoch einen kompetenteren Arzt aufsuchen, da die Drüse nicht entleert wurde, was in diesem Fall, wie sich herausstellte, ein obligatorischer Eingriff ist. Der Anal Drüse war gefüllt, und die von dr.Swetlana verordnete siebentägige Antibiotikakur ohne Drainage der Drüse machte keinen Sinn. Nach nur 3 Tagen richtiger Behandlung war mein Hund absolut gesund."

"Every Rex practice we've visited is clean, well organized, and has the kindest doctors and staff. We've gone to a few vets in Berlin but none have been as competent and warm as the ones we consulted at Rex. I mention warmth as an important criteria because it makes a huge difference when you entrust your pet to someone who isn't just trained to do the right thing, but also helps you and your pet feel comfortable while doing it. Highly recommend this place and their doctors to anyone looking for a vet practice with a kind heart."

"Our dog broke a tooth on Saturday evening after bumping into a vacuum cleaner. We rushed to an emergency clinic and waited for over 5 hours without being seen. Desperate for help, we found this clinic online and sent an email on Sunday — to our surprise, they responded immediately and gave us an appointment for Monday. Dr. Kubelka is an outstanding professional — calm, confident, and highly experienced in dental care. The anesthesiologist was also excellent, and together they performed the procedure quickly and smoothly. Our dog is already feeling much better. The entire team is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring — they looked after our dog with great attention and also made us feel supported and reassured. Reaching out to them was the best decision we could have made. Thank you so much for your care and expertise! Highly recommended."

"The fact that this practice only has 4.9 stars baffles me; it should have, i dunno, at least 15 out of 5. I’m serious. They helped save my puppy when she was really sick. During that time, I visited numerous vets all over the city! Sometimes it felt like they knew less than I did or that they mostly cared about making money. Not this practice! They are knowledgeable and genuinely care, first and foremost, about the well-being of all the animals that come through their doors."

"Dr neumann so wie auch seine Assistentin kann ich nur empfehlen ich bin sehr zufrieden mein kleiner dicker hatte viel mit Durchfall zu kämpfen und ich war bei so vielen Tierärzten leider konnte uns keiner helfen alle wollten nur unser Geld bei Dr neumann und der liebenvollen Schwester fühlen wir uns sehr wohl sie haben unseren dicken sehr geholfen und egal was ist sie sind immer nett und sehr freundlich. Sie Bezahlung ist auch immer total korrekt empfunden worden im Gegenzug zu andren Tierärzten Ganz vielen lieben Dank.❤️"

"Ich schließe mich der Meinung der anderen sehr zufriedenen Tierbesitzer an und vergebe 5 Sterne. Frau Gardei ist eine sehr kompetente und tierliebe Tierärztin. Bevor ich mit unserem kranken Kater zu ihr gegangen bin, war ich bei drei anderen Tierärzten. Keiner von denen diagnostizierte die Krankheit. Der eine empfahl mir, das in der Tierklinik abklären zu lassen. Frau Gardei hingegen hat gleich bei der ersten! Untersuchung sofort richtig diagnostiziert. Das weiß ich, weil ich schon vor dem Termin bei ihr einen Termin in der Tierklinik vereinbart hatte, Sie rat mir, den sicherheitshalber wahrzunehmen. Dort wurde Frau Gardeis Diagnose bestätigt! Nun geht es unserem Kater wieder gut und uns auch. 🥰"

"So eine tolle Hundetrainerin! Steffi begleitet mich und meinen Hund seit der Welpenzeit und wir haben uns als Team mit ihrer so kompetenten Unterstützung in den letzten 5 Jahren durch sämtliche Herausforderungen manövriert, die einem jungen Dackel begegnen können. ;) Bei Steffi fühlen wir uns in guten Händen, ob bei uns zuhause, im Kieztraining oder in den Trainingsgruppen auf ihrem Platz in Bernau. Sie ist eine Hundetrainerin mit so viel Herz für Hund und auch Mensch und sieht jedes Mensch-Hund-Team individuell. Das Training macht immer Spaß, ist konstruktiv und vorausschauend. Wir sind hier mit allen Anliegen unserer Mensch-Hunde-Beziehung gut aufgehoben. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen!"

"Tolle Praxis und absolut zu empfehlen! Wir fühlen uns mit unserem Kater dort sehr gut beraten. Es wird sich viel Zeit genommen und alles wird super erklärt. Die Behandlung läuft sehr geduldig und behutsam ab. Als unser Kater nach der letzten Behandlung wieder zu Hause war, wirkte er sehr entspannt als wäre nie etwas gewesen. Danke!"

"Truly the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had! My little Pomeranian, Vesta, is very tiny and has a uniquely shaped head. She’s had dental problems since she was a puppy. A previous vet told me they couldn’t operate on her because of the shape of her skull — they said the risk was too high and recommended I go to a specialized center with full equipment. I reached out to several major practices, but honestly, I never felt truly comfortable with any of them. Then I found this Praxis. I had already been bringing my other dog — a different breed — here for checkups and always felt so good about the team. Everyone is incredibly kind, caring, and truly passionate about animals. You can tell they treat pets not just as patients, but with real love and respect. One day when I brought Vesta in for a vaccine, I talked to them about her dental issues. They gave me a consultation right away and soon after, we booked the surgery. Everything went perfectly — I wasn’t stressed at all. The vet was professional, the staff was reassuring, and Vesta recovered from anesthesia so smoothly. She woke up alert and calm, with no complications — just some pain, which was expected. I can’t recommend this Praxis enough. If you’re a pet parent, you know how stressful it is when your fur baby needs anesthesia or surgery. I did so much research before choosing where to go, and I can confidently say this place is truly exceptional — in terms of care, pricing, communication, and genuine love for animals."

"Der nächste Termin für die Jahresuntersuchung 2025 ist bei Fr. Dr. Döring dran. Sie ist eine kompotente, freundliche Tierärztin und genau die Richtige für meine Westie - Dame welche nun schon 13 Jahre alt ist. Bin so froh Fr. Doktor zu haben!
